Guided by expert hosts, you will taste six exceptional wines, each carefully selected to showcase craftsmanship and creativity. Begin with a vibrant Pet Nat sparkling wine, followed by the elegant and aromatic Malagouzia.

The highlight of your journey is the extraordinary Tethalassomenos, a rare and historically inspired white wine rooted in the ancient traditions of Kos, dating back to the 4th century BC. In antiquity, this wine was associated with the practice of diluting wine with seawater, influenced by the island’s limestone (“munigia”). Today, this legacy is reimagined through modern techniques: the wine is crafted exclusively from Assyrtiko grapes (100%) and matured for six months in a combination of French oak barrels, clay amphorae, and concrete egg tanks. The result is a complex dry white PGI Kos wine with mineral acidity, an intense golden-yellow color, a rich body, and a long, elegant finish. Its aromatic profile is defined by citrus and mineral notes, best enjoyed at 10–12°C and within ten years of bottling.

Continue your experience with the distinctive Pine Ritinitis, a premium expression of traditional retsina, before moving to the bold and structured Mavrothiriko red. Conclude with Kores, a rich and complex sweet red wine crafted using the Solera method, offering depth and a lingering finish.
